Labstadt is a planned city, located 5km northwest of Bayrschtein Capital Territory, that serves as the federal administrative centre of Los Bay Petros. The seat of government was shifted in 2012 from Bayrschtein to Labstadt, due to the governmental survey that shows that Los Bay Petrosian central governance is mainly served in Labstadt, not Bayrschtein. Nevertheless, Bayrschtein remains as the Los Bay Petrosian national capital, being the seat of the president, as well as the country's commercial and financial centre. In 2012, Labstadt became the Los Bay Petrosian third Special administrative regions after Bayrschtein Capital Territory and Gordonz.

Named after the location of the territory, Labschool Kebayoran Junior High School, the city is situated within the Southern Mainland beside the also newly developed Prapanca and the capital Bayrschtein. In German, the words stadt means "city", and combined with tha word Labs to create Labstadt. The development of Labstadt started in early 2001, even before both Petrovakian Federation and Los Bay Petros itself was founded. And today major landmarks are completed and the population is expected to grow bigger.

First founded on July 20th 2010 as 7D and founded as a protectorate on September 5th 2010 and later upgraded into a co-capital of Los Bay Petros, Labstadt is located approximately 25 kilometers from Mainland. The current governor of Labstadt is Andika Pandu.
