Prime Minister of Indokistan (Perdana Menteri Indokistan) is the former political post which the name refers to head of government of Indokistan. Prime Minister appointed by president under parliament approval, and the same figure are able to be appointed for the next period, unlike president that unable to serve a consecutive term.
Until the official dissolution on April 2013, the only figure serving as prime minister are Nabil Ihsan, he was appointed on his first period in 2010 after all founding fathers agreed to appoint him as head of government, and appointed again as prime minister for second term after Dicky L.K appoint him again to be the head of government for 2011.
Dicky L.K resignation in February 2012 made him to be continuing his term that makes the position to be de facto dissolved. Its status are unclear until official decision were taken in April 2013 to remove the position and the person to be the head of government will be executed by president, as Indokistan becomes a presidential republic.
Similar as president requirements, peoples eligible for prime minister position should already holds Indokistani citizenship and active to contributing for the government for at least 2 months prior the election. Prime minister should not have criminal records and have no large amounts of debts. Prime minister should never held any rebels against Indokistani government, and never do any act of treason.
Powers and duties
As head of government, prime minister establishing the council of minister for one year term and prime minister having rights to appoint and fire the members of the council. He/she may lead the parliament and may give any form of reccomendation and suggestions for the parliament to be discussed, prime minister may demand the parliament for any policies and law he/she must take. Prime minister also give advice for president to declare martial law and grant awards and orders for particular peoples.

The last prime minister was rule until February 2012 when Dicky L.K resigned and Nabil Ihsan succeeded his position, makes Indokistan a de facto presidential state, until it becomes official that the position will be abolished and president will replace the function.
