The Union Congress for the Development of Artaghean Studies (Artaghean: Sttåmbloþing fyr Otvekling åv Ártægåsk Søknir) is a non-profit society in charge of the administration, regulation and development of the Artaghean language, responsibility of the Union Government of Artaghe. It was founded on July 20, 2012, by Richard Garrshire of Artaghe and Lucas Campos of Koss. It is funded by both the Kossian Royale and the Artaghean Lándsbænk. It works semi-independently from the Artaghean government.
